YOGYA (KRjogja.com) – To celebrate the revival of batik once recognized as a UNESCO cultural heritage of Indonesia, Department of Cooperatives and Agricultural Trade Industry (Disperindagkoptan) The city of Yogyakarta and the National Crafts Council Regional (Dekranasda) held title UMKM Products Expo 2009 held city of Yogyakarta in Griya UMKM, Taman Siswa Street Yogyakarta. The plan, which provides activities on all aspects of the world of batik will be held from 4 to 6 December 2009.

Mayor of the Yogyakarta City, which Zudianto Herry at the opportunity to open direct Gelar Expo Produk UMKM Kota Yogyakarta 2009 said Yogyakarta city, this activity is one realization of the educational batik industry.
